My goal is to make you feel heard, safe, and comfortable as we embark on this journey together.

I have been a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and private psychotherapist for over 40 years.

As a certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapist, I specialize in moving clients forward with a trauma-informed approach while integrating evidenced-based therapies including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and IFS (Internal Family Systems).

I have supervised numerous MSW students and have taught as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Salem State University, Bridgewater State University, and Lesley University.

I earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University and I am licensed to practice in MA, NH, RI, and NY.
